Keeping your body hydrated is vital for its healthy functioning. It is said that you should drink 8-ounce glasses of water per day. While some may be able to accommodate this, others might not. Plus, you may not be able to keep a track of whether or not your body is hydrated enough. When you go on an only juice diet, you get vital nutrients and stay hydrated.

Whether you decide to go on a juice diet or balance it with healthy foods, you need to plan ahead. It may not be easy for beginners to adapt to a juice diet. And, work and other commitments can make it difficult. Opt for a weekend when you have no commitments to start with. Gradually, you can increase the number of days and balance work with it.
